Benefiting from a privileged location, the Gardens, inserted in the Golf Club of Paço do Lumiar, in the prestigious Quinta dos Alcoutins urbanization, may seem, at first glance, little central since its best known access is through the Calçada de Carriche , almost outside of Lisbon. However, there are several accesses that connect the center of Telheiras to all this Golf environment, less than 3 minutes by car. Thus, the Gardens benefit from fast access to all points of Greater Lisbon, with connections to IC17, Eixo Norte-Sul, CREL and IC 19, that are all approximately 5 minutes by car. Also to be noted, is the proximity to Estádio Alvalade XXI (5 minutes), as well as the Estádio da Luz (10 minutes) or Lisbon Airport (10 minutes).
